Affected measures include caps on promotional budgets, mandatory pre-approval of annual marketing strategies, advance authorization for specific corporate decisions, and certain administrative penalties. The regulatory framework now applies enhanced enforcement against unlicensed platforms while reducing compliance obligations for authorized market participants.
